Account Registration Terms

• One identity, one account. Each person may only register and operate one active account. Holding more than one account — whether under your own name or using another person's identity — is a serious violation.
• Information must be valid. Use of a false identity, another person's data without consent, or deliberately misleading information will result in account cancellation along with all balances and wins.
• Identity verification (KYC). situs23 applies KYC procedures to verify member identity before the first withdrawal request is processed. This is a one-time process designed to protect your account from unauthorized use.
• Data update. If any of your account details change — such as your phone number, email address, or bank account — you must update that information as soon as possible via the account settings menu or by contacting the support team.

Deposit Terms

All deposited funds must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name. situs23 does not accept third-party deposits and reserves the right to return any transfers that do not comply with this policy.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals may only be made to the bank account or digital wallet registered to the same member account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal request can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50,000. situs23 does not charge any internal processing fees for standard withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed within 1×24 hours on business days. In practice, most withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

All bets placed on the situs23 platform are subject to the following general rules, as well as the specific rules applicable to each game category (sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, Bingo, etc.).

• All bets are final. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled except under specific conditions governed separately (e.g., a match that is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours).
• Wins are credited automatically. Winning balances are automatically credited to your account once the official match or game result is confirmed by the system.

Situs23 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Upon request by a competent legal authority.
• Account has been inactive for a period exceeding the applicable dormant account policy.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance (after deducting unresolved obligations) will be returned via the registered withdrawal method once verification is complete.

Situs23 operates to the highest technical standards and is committed to delivering reliable service. However, some matters fall outside our control. situs23 is not liable for:

• Financial losses arising from betting decisions made freely by the member.

• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to an account caused by the member's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Situs23 to a single member in a single incident shall not exceed the total balance held in that member's account at the time of the incident.
